Aloka Properties (then known as Heritage Real Estates) purchased a 31,000 square foot building in central Prague in 2014, and completed a total renovation of the building in 2016, including new structural walls and a new courtyard. The project was especially complicated given the historical projections on the building and the location in the city center. Today the building is fully occupied with a wide variety of tenants, including a museum, hair dresser, Tesco, and a cafe.
