Aloka purchased an 884,000 square foot property in 2022 in Mornington, Australia from the Bata Shoe Company, where Bata continues to manufacture and distribute it’s line of local products from the site.

Mornington is a growing beachside suburb 35 miles south of Melbourne. Being a gateway into the community of Mornington, the site is ideal for development.

Aloka has partnered with a local developer and flex warehousing brand to seek permitting for new construction of their product.
