Aloka Properties (then Heritage Properties) purchased the complex in 2016 and built a team of local partners who each shared the vision of a mixed-use development for light industrial, craftsman, artists, coworkers, and mixed-use office.

Today, the property has been rebuilt, modernized, and revitalized into a well-known mixed use community, having produced positive press and attracted more than 90 tenants, many of whom signed up during the COVID-19 pandemic.
